Stephen T Coward MFPWS
Director
Steve worked for a number of years in Estate Agency in Richmond, Putney and Fulham. He then took professional qualifications and became a Fellow of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers undertaking general surveying and valuation work. He now specialises in party wall work, and is a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club and The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
Steve has lived and worked in South West London for the past 50 years, has four children and five grandchildren (and counting).
Nigel Acres AssocRICS MFPWS
Director
Nigel came to work as a Building Surveyor in Fulham in 1987 having previously been employed in the City of London dealing with commercial property matters.
Nigel has over 35 years' experience in party wall matters involving both commercial and residential properties.
Nigel is an Associate member of the RICS as well as being a member of The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. He is an elected member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club, which is a national forum for Party Wall Surveyors.
Souzana Tsadima
office manager
Souzana joined Party Walls Limited in 2015 as the Administration Assistant. She is now the Office Manager, supporting the three Directors with the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office.
A native of Athens, Greece, Souzana previously completed a BA in Psychosocial Studies and a MSc in Occupational Psychology.
In her free time Souzana enjoys going to the gym, seeing friends, travelling and dancing.
Alan Riley FRICS MFPWS
Consultant Surveyor
Alan Riley joined us as a consultant surveyor in early 2016. He is a Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Architect with over 40 years’ experience working on commercial and residential property in London. As a member of The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, Alan’s core focus for the past two decades has been in party wall matters where he has been appointed by both building owners and adjoining owners.
Alan is married with two grown-up sons.
